A robust and reliable primary shredder for MSW, bulky waste and industry waste, typically the first step in waste mechanical treatment. It shreds materials into smaller pieces to facilitate subsequent treatment and transportation.
Working Principle
Driven by hydraulic motors, two main shafts with special-shaped knives rotate in the shredding chamber. Materials are shredded into smaller pieces by the tearing, shearing and squeezing of knives and counter-plate.
Features
- Main shafts forged from alloy steel and treated with multiple heating processes for impact resistance.
- Specially designed bearing sealing system to prevent foreign matter from entering the bearing.
- Knives welded on the main shaft made of imported highly wearproof material; hardfaced knives for long service life.
- Simple structure for convenient assembly and maintenance.
- Hydraulic station + hydraulic motor + planetary reducer drive for cost-effectiveness, high torque and long service life.
