Used for preliminary bag-opening of bagged MSW and decoration waste. Bagged waste is opened by swinging knives, then transported continuously and uniformly to the next unit through the knife gap for subsequent processing.
Working Principle
Installed on the upward side of an inclined chain conveyor. Waste in the hopper is transported to the bag opener chamber by the chain plate conveyor; the distance between swinging knives and the transported waste decreases gradually. Moving knives on the knife shaft swing under the transmission mechanism, opening bagged materials smaller than the distance. Materials from opened bags are transported out from the tail by the chain conveyor.
