Impact Crusher

Impact Crusher

Widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, highway, railroad, water conservancy and chemical industry, an ideal crushing product. Usually for secondary crushing; large-diameter models can directly crush large-size materials, omitting primary crushing.

Working Principle

Materials are crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer when entering the plate hammer area, thrown to the counterattack device for re-crushing, then bounce back to the plate hammer area for further crushing. This process repeats until materials reach the required size and are discharged from the machine bottom. The gap between the counterattack frame, equalizing frame and rotor frame can be adjusted to change material granularity and shape.

Features

  • Grinding chamber design for large crushing ratio; heavy-duty rotor design for high inertia and processing capacity.
  • Overload and iron protection device, the impact plate retracts under overload and returns to preset position when load is normal.
  • Hydraulic power-assisting design for convenient discharge port adjustment and easy upper frame opening for inspection, maintenance and replacement.
  • Rotor service life: ≥300 hours for steel-rich construction waste, ≥1500 hours for brick-based construction waste.
  • Sealed design with removable sealing cover and observation port for dust control; flange connection with dust removal system.
  • Smooth material in and out; easy disassembly and maintenance; parallelism tolerance of impact plate bottom plate to rotor hammer outer edge <1% of rotor length; easy replacement of wearing parts.
  • Safety protection devices for rotating drive parts; overload protection to prevent damage to main components (frame, plate hammer, flywheel, grooved wheel).
  • Hydraulic hose assembly pressure resistance ≥2 times the rated working pressure.
  • Discharge end with chute and guide plate, reasonable discharge angle to prevent belt damage by exposed steel bars.
  • Sealed body, feeding/discharging ports isolated by sealing cover to prevent dust overflow.
