A robust and reliable primary shredder, mainly applied in processing MSW, bulky waste and industry waste, typically the first step in waste mechanical treatment.
Working Principle
Driven by hydraulic motors, two main shafts with special-shaped knives rotate in the shredding chamber. Materials are shredded into smaller pieces by the tearing, shearing and squeezing of knives and counter-plate, facilitating subsequent treatment and transportation.
Features
- Main shaft with average point compression lock structure, labor-saving and easy to disassemble.
- Optional pressing device for better feeding and crushing of barrel-like materials.
- Selectable driving mode (motor + reducer or hydraulic drive motor + reducer) for different materials and requirements.
- Specially designed bearing sealing system to prevent foreign matter from entering the bearing.
- Hydraulic system components from international first-class brands, with small impact and stable performance.
