Overview

The Light breeze series AI robotic sorter adopts the self-developed image algorithm of JONO, applicable to waste treatment systems for recyclable waste, kitchen waste, catering waste, battery waste and other types. It features high recognition accuracy for twisted, stained and damaged materials, and can simultaneously identify and sort various materials including wooden boards, shoes, plastic bottles, cans, cardboard and Tetra Pak bags. Its simple operation interface enables quick switching of sorting materials. The series can be applied to various solid waste treatment systems such as MSW, catering waste, kitchen waste, recyclable waste, C&D waste and industrial waste, realizing impurity removal, purification and recycling of high-value materials.

Working Principle

When materials are evenly placed on the conveyor belt without stacking, the equipment detects the passing waste, and its visual system scans the waste flow to identify the surface features of the waste. Through deep learning, it analyzes and recognizes the object's color, texture, contour and grasping point. Based on the object's size, shape and location, it determines the sorting priority and instructs the robot to quickly grasp the waste online, finally placing the object into the designated hopper.
