Overview
The AI Visible Light Sorting Machine is widely used in the color and material sorting processing system of various recycled plastics, with fast sorting speed and wide sorting range. It can simultaneously realize the identification and sorting of 3A bottles, 4A bottles, 5A bottles, oil bottles, original color HDPE bottles, colored HDPE bottles, miscellaneous plastics, PP lunch boxes and other plastic materials. With JONO's unique solid waste database, it can realize fast switching of product application scenarios.
Working Principle
When materials are evenly placed on the conveyor belt without stacking, the visual unit detects plastic passing through the high-speed belt, and the visual system scans the material flow to identify the surface features of the material. Through deep learning, it analyzes and recognizes the texture, color and coordinates of the object and transmits them to the control unit. The control unit controls the high-speed air valve module to accurately spray the corresponding material, finally blowing the material into the designated separation chamber.
