The screen mats stretch and slacken quickly to prevent fines build-up and pegging in apertures. Mainly used for screening very small particle sizes, applied in dry screening of construction waste, crushed stone, sand, compost, wood chips, recycled glass, carpet fibres, slag and recycled electronic parts.
Centrifugal force from the flywheel vibrator makes the screen body reciprocate forward to form vibration. The flexible screen plate is repeatedly relaxed and tensioned by inertial force, enabling effective screening of small-sized materials.
