One of the most important sorting machines, it separates materials into big and small sizes, and the screening size can be changed to separate the required materials. Typically applied in MSW treatment, for effective separation of organics or RDF.
Working Principle
Driven by the electrical motor, main shafts run in one direction in the screening chamber. Materials are scattered by rotating disc plates first, then small-sized materials drop through the screening hole formed by adjacent main shafts and screen plates, while large-sized materials pass through the disc screen. Materials are separated by size according to different material size ranges.
Features
- Quincunx shaped screen plates for smooth material conveying and anti-jamming.
- Wear-resistant lining plate disc structure at screen shaft ends, solving leakage and jamming problems.
- Sequential start of the screen shaft for load start with materials on the screen unit.
- Screen unit placed at 0-4 degrees up angle for longer material storage and sufficient screening.
- Finely processed screen plate surface to prevent material sticking.
- High-quality wear-resistant steel plate side plates for longer service life.
- Electrical overload protection for equipment damage prevention.
- Easy replacement of wear parts and spare parts.
