Fully hydraulic foldaway hopper is equipped with hydrauliclocking, without the need to fixit manually. The feeding speed can be adjusted automatically or manually. The belt tensioning mechanism of the main machine is reliable and easy to operate. Hydraulic asisted adjustment of the impact plate on the main machine allows easy and quick adjustment.
The main crushing machine is equipped with a rubber curtain and a muli-layer chain curtain for greater safety and reduced dust.
Separate pre-screen, with higher screening eficiency than theintegraltype,increases the capacity ofthe crusher and reduces the wear and tear of the crushing chamber. The optional post-screening unit and return belt ensures uniform crushing grain size.
The vibrating feeder is used to help convey the material to be discharged from the main machine, reducing the impact on belt of the main conveyor and increasing the overall service life.
