Heavy Plate Chain Conveyor

Uses chain as traction power and metal plate as carrier, suitable for conveying large-size and large-weight materials at the front end of production lines.

Working Principle

Composed of a drive device, transmission shaft, tensioning device, sprocket, chain, bearings, lubricant, chain plate, etc. The drive device drives the sprocket, which provides traction to the chain; the metal chain plate is fixed between two side chains as a carrier. The sprocket drives the chain and chain plate to reciprocate, conveying materials horizontally or inclinedly.
