A fully automatic system for compacting different types of materials into bales; materials are first compacted and then tied into bales.
Working Principle
- The baler cover closes automatically when the filling chamber reaches the desired fill level.
- The main ram presses materials together when the cover is closed, and the baler is refilled from the feed belt; the ram moves back after reaching the foremost position.
- Sufficiently pressed materials are loaded into the upper intermediate hopper; the cover opens and refills with materials.
- The cover closes again after materials fall into the compression chamber (detected by photocells).
- The process repeats until the adjustable desired bale length is reached.
- The cover stops in the front position; the wire device moves around the bale from bottom up, accepts wires from above and below, cuts and connects the wires when back to the top position.
- The press ram moves back and the whole process repeats.
Features
- Closed press channel formed by the baler cover, no need to cut difficult compressible materials during pressing.
- More material compressed per cycle, larger capacity than cutting system balers with comparable engine performance.
- No cutting knife, lower maintenance costs (no regular blade replacement, longer service life of guide strip and wheels).
- Even material distribution in bales, compact and rectangular bales for easy stacking.
- Fill opening as wide and deep as the press chamber.
